By submitting payment through this portal, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined on this page. These terms govern all payments made for services including website development, video production, animation, social media management, post-production, photography, and all related offerings.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using this payment portal, you confirm that you understand the service you are purchasing and agree to these Terms and Conditions, our Refund Policy, and any service-specific agreements, proposals, or invoices provided to you.
2. Payment Authorization
By submitting payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. You agree that all information you submit is accurate and that you will not initiate a chargeback or payment reversal for valid charges.
Chargebacks filed after receiving deliverables or services are considered fraudulent. We reserve the right to pursue reimbursement, collections, or legal action if necessary.
3. Non Refundable Payments
Many of our services begin immediately upon payment, which means all deposits and service payments made through this portal are non-refundable once work has begun. Each service category has its own refund policy, which can be found on the corresponding service page.
Payments are not refundable for delays caused by client non-response, missed deadlines, scope changes, or lack of required content.
4. Project Start and Scheduling
Projects officially begin once payment is received. Scheduling and resource allocation depend on timely payment. Any delay in payment may delay the start date or production timeline.
If the client becomes unresponsive for an extended period, the project may be paused. A restart fee may apply to resume the project.
5. Scope of Work
By submitting payment, you acknowledge that the scope of work has been clearly communicated in a proposal, invoice, or written agreement. Any work requested outside of the agreed scope will require additional payment and must be approved in writing.
6. Third Party Fees
Payments made through this portal do not include fees from third parties such as hosting providers, advertising platforms, talent, equipment rentals, stock assets, software licenses, or travel expenses unless specifically stated.
Clients are responsible for maintaining any subscriptions or third party tools required for their project.
7. Delivery of Services
Service delivery timelines vary depending on the project. Estimated timelines will be provided during the onboarding or consultation process. Timelines may shift based on client responsiveness, revisions, or the complexity of the project.
Once final deliverables are completed, delivered, or transferred, the project is considered complete.
8. Intellectual Property
Final deliverables become the property of the client once the project is completed and all payments have been made. Working files, raw files, drafts, source files, or proprietary assets remain the property of the company unless otherwise purchased or included in the agreement.
9. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for
• Client delays
• Loss of data
• Hosting or platform outages
• Errors caused by third party software
• Issues arising from client-installed plugins or updates
• Indirect or consequential damages
Our liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.
10. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to discontinue services if the client fails to make payments, becomes unresponsive, violates these terms, or engages in inappropriate or abusive conduct. Payments already made are not refundable.
11. Updates to Terms
We may update or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of the payment portal indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
