Photography services require reserved dates, preparation time, equipment allocation, and editing labor. Once these resources are used, the time and costs cannot be reversed.
14. Are deposits refundable?
No. All deposits are non-refundable because they secure your shoot date and cover pre-shoot preparation and planning.

If you cancel before any work or scheduling has begun, you may be eligible for a partial refund minus the non-refundable deposit. Once planning, travel, or shooting has begun, no refunds will be issued.
16. What if I am not satisfied with the photos?
We offer revision opportunities such as retouching or color adjustments within the agreed project scope. Dissatisfaction does not qualify for a refund, but additional edits can be arranged if needed.
17. What if I delay the project or stop responding?
If you become unresponsive for an extended period, the project may be paused. Payments and deposits are not refundable, and rescheduling or restart fees may apply depending on availability.
