Social media management requires ongoing planning, content production, daily or weekly activity, and platform oversight. Once these tasks are executed, the time and resources invested cannot be reversed or recovered.
13. Are deposits or first-month payments refundable?
No. All deposits and initial payments are non-refundable because they cover onboarding, account setup, strategy building, and early content planning.
14. What if I need to cancel my service?
If you cancel before any work has begun, you may be eligible for a partial refund minus the non-refundable deposit or onboarding fee. Once content creation, planning, or posting has started for the month, no refunds will be issued.
