Social Media Management Refund Policy

Our goal is to deliver high-quality social media management services and ensure every client has a clear understanding of the process, timelines, and deliverables. Because our work involves customized strategy, creative development, and ongoing management, the following refund policy applies:
 

Project Deposits

All social media management services require a non-refundable deposit or first-month payment to begin work. This covers onboarding, account setup, strategy development, content planning, and resource allocation.
 

Refunds on Services

Because social media management is a customized and time-based service, refunds are not issued for work that has already been started or completed. This includes, but is not limited to:
– Strategy development
– Content planning and calendar creation
– Copywriting, graphic design, or video editing
– Posting, scheduling, and page management
– Community management or messaging support
– Analytics or reporting
– Third-party costs incurred for the project

 

Client Delays or Non-Response

If the client becomes unresponsive for 14 days or longer, service may be paused. No refunds will be issued for deposits, monthly payments, or work already completed. A restart fee may be required to resume the service.
 

Cancellation Before Work Begins

If a client cancels before any work has begun, a refund may be issued minus the non-refundable deposit or initial payment. Once any planning, content creation, scheduling, or management has been completed, refunds are no longer available.
 

Dissatisfaction With Work

We provide revision opportunities for content within the agreed project scope. Dissatisfaction does not qualify for a refund; however, adjustments or additional revisions may be offered as appropriate or at an additional cost if beyond scope.
 

Timelines and Scope

Refunds are not provided due to timeline delays caused by:
– Missing content or required information
– Client non-response or approval delays
– Scope changes requested by the client
If the client expands the scope, additional fees will be quoted and agreed upon.

 

Third-Party and Advertising Fees

Any funds spent on advertising, boosted posts, subscriptions, software tools, or third-party services are non-refundable. Advertising budgets are billed separately and cannot be refunded once spent.
 

Final Deliverables

Because social media management is an ongoing service, monthly payments are non-refundable once the month has started. Content delivered, scheduled, or posted is considered completed work, and no refunds will be issued.
