Video Production Refund Policy
Our goal is to deliver high-quality video production services and ensure every client has a clear understanding of the process, timelines, and deliverables. Because our work involves customized creative, strategic, and technical labor, the following refund policy applies:
Project Deposits
All video production projects require a non-refundable deposit to begin work. This deposit covers pre-production planning, consultation, scheduling, crew coordination, and early creative development.
Refunds on Services
Because video production is a customized service, refunds are not issued for work that has already been started or completed. This includes, but is not limited to:
– Pre-production planning
– Scriptwriting, storyboarding, or shot list development
– Scheduling talent, locations, or crew
– Filming or production days
– Editing, revisions, or color grading
– Asset licensing, equipment rentals, or travel costs
– Third-party costs incurred for the project
Client Delays or Non-Response
If the client becomes unresponsive for 14 days or longer, the project may be paused. No refunds will be issued for deposits or work already completed. A restart fee may be required to resume the project, depending on crew, location, and scheduling availability.
Cancellation Before Work Begins
If a client cancels before any work has begun, a refund may be issued minus the non-refundable deposit. Once any pre-production, production, or post-production labor has been completed, refunds are no longer available.
Dissatisfaction With Work
We provide opportunities for revisions within the agreed project scope to support client satisfaction. Dissatisfaction does not qualify for a refund; instead, additional revisions may be offered at an additional cost if they fall outside the approved scope.
Timelines and Scope
Refunds are not provided due to timeline delays caused by:
– Missing content or client-delayed approvals
– Client non-response
– Scope changes requested by the client
If the client expands the scope, additional fees will be quoted and agreed upon.
Third-Party and Production Fees
Any fees paid to third parties—such as permits, talent, studio rentals, equipment rentals, travel expenses, music licensing, or other production-related costs—are non-refundable.
Final Deliverables
Once footage has been captured, delivered, transferred, or final videos have been provided, the project is considered complete. No refunds will be issued after this stage.
