Website Development Refund Policy

Our goal is to deliver high-quality website development services and ensure every client has a clear understanding of the process, timelines, and deliverables. Because our work involves customized creative, strategic, and technical labor, the following refund policy applies:

Project Deposits
All website development projects require a non-refundable deposit to begin work. This deposit covers initial planning, consultation, project setup, and early design/development labor.

Refunds on Services
Because website development is a customized service, refunds are not issued for work that has already been started or completed. This includes, but is not limited to:
– Strategy and planning
– Wireframes, mockups, or design concepts
– Development work
– Revisions or edits
– Content integration
– Plugin or software setup
– Third-party costs incurred for the project

Client Delays or Non-Response
If the client becomes unresponsive for 7 days or longer, the project may be paused. No refunds will be issued for deposits or work already completed. A restart fee may be required to resume the project.

Cancellation Before Work Begins
If a client cancels before any work has begun, a refund may be issued minus the non-refundable deposit. Once any deliverables or labor have been provided, refunds are no longer available.

Dissatisfaction With Work
We provide multiple revision opportunities throughout the project to ensure client satisfaction. Dissatisfaction does not qualify for a refund; instead, additional revisions may be offered within the agreed project scope.

Timelines and Scope
Refunds are not provided due to timeline delays caused by:
– Missing content
– Client non-response
– Scope changes requested by the client
If the client expands or changes the scope, additional fees will be quoted and agreed upon.

Digital Product or Hosting Fees
Any hosting, domain, licensing, or software fees paid to third parties are non-refundable.

Final Deliverables
Once a website is delivered, exported, transferred, or launched, the project is considered complete. No refunds will be issued after this stage.
